Supporting a variety of different knowledge building initiatives, the Foundation is committed to the facilitation of better knowledge for all.

rp The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation together with the Post Graduate Department of Economics, SNDT Women's University and the Directorate of Health Services organised a two-day National Seminar on Malnutrition: Issues and Concerns. The key objective of the seminar was to focus on the magnitude of the problem of malnutrition and to understand the complexity of the issue. It provided a platform to bring together the Government, civil society and academia; and an opportunity to build partnerships for further actions. The seminar brought out 33 papers from different states of India and received active participation from nearly 120 partakers. The two day seminar led to a discourse on the existing scenario of malnutrition across India and highlighted the mechanisms and approaches of government bodies, civil societies and academic institutions to address the issue.

rp The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation organized a roundtable discussion on Sexual and Reproductive Health among Adolescents.

Designed to facilitate communication between civil society organizations, the roundtable involved 35 participants.

The N S Foundation is focussed on meaningful initiatives and interventions in the field of adolescent reproductive health, and this discussion was initiated to identify spaces for long term engagement and common action between organizations.
